Golden Homer Laughlin Tea Cups for September

It has been quite a while since I have participated in Tea Cup Tuesday.  Here is a September flavored set by Homer Laughlin that an incredibly lovely person gave me.

Homer Laughlin really knew how to balance sturdy shapes with elegant patterns.  I think that is the biggest reason they are my favorite company.
Do you think I am exaggerating about her being incredibly lovely?  Well besides the fact that she is quite the looker, and her beautiful personality, she is incredibly generous, and gave me this whole set.

Hubby gave me the latest issue of Victoria, so now I am ready to start September.
Have you figured out who it is yet?  The Mini Zig Quilt is a dead give away.  Who can pair up vintage and contemporary fabrics with such panache?  Why "P." of course!  She has even made a Mini Zig Tutorial, so that we can try our hand at one ourselves.

Now after a hectic day "in town" I come home to a coffee table set for two.
