More gold! This time with blushing pink roses. It goes so nicely with the beautiful teacup that I won from Martha.
The maker is a mystery. It is obviously a Japanese import from the fifties. I was able to find all sorts like this one online from Royal Sealey, Mugs Royale, and Trimony Ware. Since this one does not have its sticker, I may never know.
The gold roses are like those from some of my Lefton pieces also.
I popped her into the shop this morning. She reminds me of the tea I tried this past week at Tea with Wheatley in Williamsburg, "Cotillian Rose Oolong". It was divine.
Another win! You have been touched with a bit of fairy dust, I think! Congratulations, and such a nice teacup! Goes so well with the teapot.

So pretty and charming. Tea would just naturally taste better being poured from that tea pot.
