Do you ever feel funky for no reason at all? Playing with photo effects is a good thing to do when I'm in a mood like this.
Does anyone have any suggestions for online photo editing sites. Am I stuck using Picasa? I do not like how Google keeps my original photos without my permission when using Picasa. Picnik is nice and quick, but it is going away.
I like simple, fast programs. It makes it easier when there are a couple hundred
photos to do for the shop.
Help!
I Like the straw holder but have no suggestions. I use Picasa and just sort of resigned myself to their system.
ReplyDeleteI feel your pain my friend. I've been using Picnik, which is closing in April. I recently downloaded (for free) Photoscape. I read on the eBay Underground site that a lot of folks use it and like it. I haven't dabbled with it yet, but it's sitting there on my computer waiting for me.
ReplyDeleteI've heard of photoscape, too but haven't tried it because I haven't been in the moooood!
ReplyDeleteI like your straw holder! It would be fun to use in the craft room or even for straws! Ha-ha!
I tried Picasa and did not like it! Right now I'm using be funky photo editing and it's pretty easy. here is the link http://www.befunky.com/

I don't know what I'm going to do when Picnik goes away. The whole thing just makes me sad and I don't want to think about it. I use it for all the borders on my photos for my blog. So when it's gone, my blog isn't going to look like itself anymore. Someone suggested Be Funkly to me and I have looked at it a little bit. It doesn't do the same amazing thing that picnik did, but has a few similar things. I should go look and see what photoscape is.
ReplyDeleteHi Mom Wald,
ReplyDeleteSuggestion: PicMonkey! I'm part of the team, and you'll be happy to know we're ex-Picnikers so should feel just like home! PicMonkey will be super user friendly and familiar to your old fave (though we do have some new tricks up our sleeves.) We haven't launched yet, but when we do we'd love for you to be there. And, rest assured, we're launching sooner than you can shake a monkey's tail at, if you know what I mean :)
Sign up www.PicMonkey.com to stay updated on our progress. Also, feel free to send me your feedback, feature requests, and, of course, any questions you have!
